The divorce of Scott Calvin is disgusted to find out that his ex and her husband tried-and failed-to break easier their son at the age of 6 Charlie Santa isn’t Real. On Christmas Eve, Scott reads the night before he gets an unexpected visitor on the roof. When Scotts is surprised and fall, disappears emulate Santa, leaving only the sleigh and 8 suits with instructions to put it on if he is involved in the accident. Scott does, and transports around the city falling gifts through the chimneys until he is brought to the northern hemisphere and informed by a group demanding his fairies are now Santa Claus. Until his hair becomes white, his beard refuses to stay shaved, he gained a weight inexplicably, even for his sudden love of junk is now acknowledged, there is only one problem: how to keep a secret from his family to believe?
